Just follow the simple instructions and you’ll be done before you know it. Got better things to do? Our assembly service will gladly do the work for you, inexpensively. Delivery & Assembly Service For a minimal fee our trained and experienced cabinetmakers will deliver and install your new furniture in your home, to your satisfaction. For your convenience, deliveries will arrive at your home within a scheduled 4 hour time period. Deliveries are scheduled 7 days a week. Unfortunately, due to liability, we are prohibited to move any of your existing furniture. The area where your new furniture will be installed must be clear of any existing furniture before delivery. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter. If you choose, you may also pick-up your new furniture at the Sof-Top warehouse. It is open 7 days a week. Our helpful staff will quickly and carefully load our furniture into you vehicle for you. Warranty Sof-Top is confident in the quality of all furnishings in our showroom and will honor a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If anything is wrong with your new furniture due to a manufacturer’s defect, all labor and material costs to rectify the defect will be covered. Our cabinetmakers will take care of any problems in a quick and professional manner at your home of office. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to cover fabrics and leathers. Return Policy Sof-Top has a 5 day retun policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture purchase and wish to exchange or receive a store credit, we will gladly do that for you within 5 days of your purchase. All cancellations and returns will be assessd a 10% special handling charge. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customer special orders, "As is" and "Discounted/Specially Reduced" items. |
